SHIPPING

The Pink Reef will ship your order out in 1-3 business days. Overnight and expedited shipping is available. 

CARE AND RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final sale.

Each earring at The Pink Reef is handmade. We want you to love your purchase, and if you are dissatisfied for any reason we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return your items. We offer store credit only, which will be issued once we receive the item back in new, unworn condition along with its jewelry pouch. Email us at hellopinkreef@gmail.com for instructions on how to return. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Our earrings are delicate so please handle with love and care. 

Especially for our hand painted florals, avoid packing your earrings with any hard or pointy objects (like other earrings). Please keep your jewelry away from water, perfume or harsh chemicals. 

If for some reason your order was damaged in the mail or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately at hellopinkreef@gmail.com. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item and will receive store credit or a replacement if one is available. 

FREE REPAIRS

We gladly will repair any jewelry that breaks within 6 months of purchase as long as its due to normal wear. Any damage that occurs due to gross negligence or after 6 months of purchase can be repaired for a fee. For repairs, contact us at hellopinkreef@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and paying the shipping return fee.
