SHIPPING
The Pink Reef will ship your order out in 1-3 business days. Overnight and expedited shipping is available. We ship our orders with USPS, so for domestic orders shipping times range from 1-5 days typically.
We ship all international orders using express UPS or DHL and typical ship time is 5 days. Some countries may charge a VAT in order to deliver the package, please refer to your country's VAT rules for that information.
RETURNS
All items listed in our "SALE" section are final sale.
Refunds: Items purchased at full price and returned (must be postmarked) within 10 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Once 10 days have passed, store credit can be issued.
Items must be unworn with original earring cards, pouches and boxes and returned in the same condition in which they were received. All returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee and an additional flat rate of $10 for return shipping costs. International return shipping costs will be higher and vary by country. Any worn items will not be accepted and returned to the customer at cost to them.
Non full price items include items purchased on markdown or during promotional sale events such as Memorial Day Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc. These items can be returned for store credit only or exchanges. Any items in our SALE section are final sale.
Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 2-3 business days for us to review and process your return. Please refer to your bank for guidelines of when payment will be returned to you once processed.
Store Credit: For those wanting a store credit for the their full price items, we offer a free return label and there is no restocking fee. Your store credit will be issued once we receive the item back. Store credit will be an emailed code that does not expire.
